Magnolia Auto Consulting is a product of Trey Schmidt’s experience in the automotive field. As a manager, he saw firsthand the difference a job in the automotive industry can make. He personally experienced those breakthrough moments – when an employee was finally able to purchase their 1st home or was excited about coming to work every day for the first time in their life.

But he also heard the struggles — dealerships losing business because they couldn’t find enough great employees, employees wanting to quit the industry because they felt so overworked and underappreciated.

So he founded Magnolia Auto Consulting: a specialized recruiting team devoted to creating a better experience for both dealerships and job seekers.
